# ANOMALY Claude Project, Start Here

This pack turns a blank Claude into an AI-organic-dropshipping operator that already knows the entire ANOMALY system. A beginner's Claude is dumb out of the box. This is the knowledge that makes it smart.

## Set it up once (5 minutes)
1. Go to **claude.ai** → **Projects** → **Create Project**. Name it `ANOMALY Operator`.
2. Open **`PROJECT-INSTRUCTIONS.md`**, copy the instructions inside, and paste them into the project's custom-instructions box.
3. Upload every other file in this pack to the project's **knowledge**:

4. (Optional, power move) connect the **Higgsfield MCP** so it can generate your images and animate your clips right inside the chat.
5. Start a chat and say where you are: no product yet, have a product, already posting, or getting views and need a store.

## What each file does
- **PROJECT-INSTRUCTIONS**, the brain. Tells Claude who it is, how to behave (confirm before generating, one step at a time, real proof only), and the workflow to run you through.
- **01 Business Model**, how the money actually works, the stack, real winning examples.
- **02 Finding Products**, the 3 product types, how to find them, the per-mille test, real saturation.
- **03 Making Videos**, character, the recreate workflow, the 3 video types, editing.
- **04 Posting**, accounts, the posting system, split testing, kill-or-scale.
- **05 Store**, when and how to build a high-converting store.
- **06 Winning Database**, real products/concepts that are printing and why. This grows every week.
- **07 Prompt Library**, the exact research and build prompts.
- **08 Image Prompting Bible**, how to write image prompts for Nano Banana Pro and GPT Image 2 that come out right. The KEEP / SWAP framework, character DNA, the realism code.
- **09 Video Prompting Bible**, how to animate stills with Seedance 2.0 and Kling 3.0 without faces melting. Camera vocabulary, the settings that matter, what to do when a clip breaks.

## The one rule it will always follow
Whenever it is about to make images or videos, it shows you the prompts first and waits for you to confirm. You scan them, fix anything off, then it generates. Never blind.

Keep this project. As you get better, add your own winners to the database and your Claude gets smarter every week. Context is the moat.
