Feelings lie about videos, the numbers don't. This lesson tells you exactly when to build your website, when to remake an account, and when to drop a product.
Post your 3 to 5 videos day one and watch your accounts. TikTok usually goes viral first. The moment any platform has a video crossing 5 to 10k views and climbing, plus a few demand comments, people asking where to buy, that's your signal.
That's when you build the website, and not before. Never build it in the beginning. Wait for the views and the demand.
If you're a few videos into Instagram or Facebook, your content is good, but you're stuck at 300 to 500 views and the audience is the wrong country, that's a targeting problem.
On Facebook you can fix it: Settings, country restrictions, show only the countries that buy, like the US, UK, Canada, Australia. If that doesn't help, make a fresh Instagram or Facebook and repost your best videos there. On TikTok a shadowban is rare, but if it happens, same fix, new account.
Test 5 to 10 videos per product. If you're about 15 videos in with no sales and nothing moving, drop it. The whole test should only take you about 3 days.
Don't get attached. Your swipe file always has the next candidate, so dropping a dead product costs you nothing but ego.
Most flops die here. Compare yours to the competitor's, honestly. Why is theirs better?
Too slow or too long. Tighten it up.
Use the sound running in your niche right now.
Views from people who can't buy are worth nothing. Fix it with the account move above.
Every video stuck at 200 to 300 regardless of quality? Make new accounts. Unless the content is genuinely bad, then that's on you.
Sometimes yours is a worse version of theirs. Make it higher quality and more engaging.
Build at 5-10k and demand, fix targeting or remake accounts when stuck, drop at 15 videos with nothing.
