MAKE VIDEOS FOR A
HANDMADE PRODUCT

For handmade products, the magic is watching something get made by hand. We're going to recreate a proven handmade video with your character and your product.

COURSE 3 · LESSON 2
01

START WITH A WINNING CONCEPT

Don't invent anything. Go find a video that's already going viral, a competitor or someone running a similar handmade product. For a handmade product, look for videos where you watch the thing get built, that's what's converting.

Grab their video, drop it into Claude, and have Claude break down exactly why it went viral: the hook, the pacing, why it keeps people watching. Now you understand what you're recreating.

02

RECREATE THE IMAGES

A handmade video usually has three parts: the hook, the build, and the finished result. We recreate each one.

The hook image firstScreenshot the start of their video, give it to Claude with your character and product photo, and have it recreate that same shot with your character. Nano Banana Pro, 2K.
Then the middle and the endRecreate each scene the same way, your character and product in every prompt so it stays consistent.
Confirm the prompts before you spend creditsHave Claude show you the image prompts first. Scan them, make sure each one is actually doing what the scene needs, then tell it to generate. Never blind-generate a whole batch.
03

ANIMATE THE CLIPS

Send all your images back into the Claude chat. It already watched the original video, so it knows how each shot should move. Ask it for a video prompt for each image.

Use Seedance 2.0, or Kling 3.0 if you want it cheaper. They take different prompt styles, so tell Claude which one you're using. Scan each prompt, make sure it matches the scene, then generate. Keep the motion small and real.

04

EDIT IT IN CAPCUT

Load their video as your referenceDrop the original viral video onto the track in CapCut. You're matching its rhythm.
Get the fresh songShazam the sound they used, find it on YouTube, download it with a YouTube-to-mp3 tool, and line it up exactly where theirs is. Fresh audio, not their clip's audio.
Cut to the beatsMark the beats, drop your clips on them so it flows just like theirs.
Add the text hookUse TikTok Sans for the font. Match their hook but change it for your product, and tweak their emojis slightly while keeping what the emoji is doing.

Once you've made a couple, you'll have build clips and end clips you can reuse, so every new video gets faster.

05

THAT'S A FINISHED VIDEO

Concept, images, animation, edit. You just made a viral-ready handmade video from nothing.

Next lesson: wow-factor products, the same process for a different kind of viral.
