I don't brainstorm products. My feed hands them to me every morning. By the end of this lesson yours will too, and you'll know how to prove a product actually makes money before you touch it.
Once they're trained, spend about an hour a day scrolling across the three. No exact split. Save anything that looks alive into your notes for later.
A small account with a huge recent video. 400 followers and a video at 2 million views means the product did the work, not the audience.
That means you can repeat it with zero followers, right? A big account with big views, skip it, you can't copy an audience.
And check how long they've been posting it. A few days going viral is the perfect time to jump on. A month or more in, they've already caught most of the views.

This is the test order trick, and it's basically reading their sales off their own store.
Can't test order it? Read the comments instead. "This is beautiful" is engagement. "Where can I buy this" is demand, and demand is what you want. If people are asking to buy, the product is moving.

Here's how the platforms actually work, because it changes everything. TikTok, Instagram and Facebook only care about one thing: keeping people watching so they can show more ads. So when the algorithm decides which video to show a person, it reaches for the proven one.
If a competitor already has a video at 5 or 10 million views for a product and a concept, and you post the same product with the same concept, the algorithm shows their proven video, not your fresh 100-view one. That's what saturation really is. It's not a number of competitors. It's whether the winning video and concept are already locked in.
If their best videos are only at 30k or 100k, come in and run that same concept, just higher quality and more engaging. You can beat them.
They haven't done a handmade angle yet, or a certain hook? Run it. The algorithm sees your video as fresh because nobody's paired that product with that concept.
Only running on TikTok? Take it to Facebook or Instagram first.
Someone's crushing a cat mug? Run a dog mug. Same audience, same concepts, you just swap the product and the text, and you can run everything they ran.
And once YOU'VE gone viral a few times on a concept, your account gets trusted, so you keep getting views even 10 or 20 videos deep. That's called priming.
It's about 95% burner scrolling, but Claude can surface ideas when the feed's slow. One prompt per product type, copy them word for word.
Running a product without thinking it through.
You found it, you proved it sells, you know how you'll beat the competition. That's a validated winning product.
Next course, we make the videos. First we research your character, then we build them out.
